Chatsworth Guitars creates custom lap steels guitars.

Each instrument is hand made, using premium tone woods and high quality components. 

No CNC machines. No automation. No mass production ~ Every guitar is individually designed and built by hand.

You can base your order on one of the designs on the Models page, or call to specify your custom requirements.

PRICING  INFORMATION:
As many of our builds are custom configured to reflect the unique specifications of our clients, we do not publish a set price list. Generally speaking, typical Lap Steel prices range from around $600 to $2,000 (USD), depending on tone woods, components and finish attributes. 
CigarBox Guitars are typically in the $175 to $300 range. 

We usually have some inventory available across the price range, and of course custom orders are our specialty and are always welcome.
